Brief was to extend this large 5 bedroom house adding a two storey rear extension principally giving better circulation in the Lounge and Main bedroom.
The property is located on the edge of a conservation area and so the local Planning Department required the proposals to be in-keeping with the design and proportions of the main house.
This was achieved and Planning Approval duly granted.
The project is to be completed in late 2011.
