ARK Architectural Concepts Ltd is owned and run by Anant Peshavaria who has 30 year’s experience having worked for well-known high street retailers. With this wealth of experience in Architecture, Project Management and Procurement, we are offering a professional service tailored around each Client’s individual needs.

We recognise that the needs of each Client and each new Project are different and so we try and ensure that these are realised at the earliest opportunity and clearly understood.

By doing this we can ensure giving our closest attention from the onset so that each project undertaken is managed with the highest degree of professionalism, care and efficiency.

We are very proud of our track record as we have several repeat clients and over 50% of the work we do is via recommendations by satisfied Clients.

Our fees are competitive and each enquiry is clearly priced listing all works to be undertaken by ARK so the Customer is fully aware of what they are going to pay for before appointing us.

We have a large network of suppliers and contractors for all requirements in relation to construction and fitting-out and we only work with companies that provide high quality products and service.
